Strategic Business Insights Manager

About the Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Strategic Business Insights Manager to contribute to our early stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Collect, process, and organize data from various sources for accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to uncover insights, trends, and correlations that support business decisions.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Develop informative dashboards and reports using visualization tools for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Predictive Modelling: Create statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and decision optimization.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Communication: Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product-based setting.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and convert data into strategic insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.
