About This Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Native Java Developer to join our team. In this position, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Java and related frameworks on Azure.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and maintain cloud services using Java, including Spring Boot and other relevant frameworks.
  • Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices architecture for cloud-based applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product owners, to deliver robust cloud solutions.
  • Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure cloud services, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Implement security, authentication, and authorization using Azure Active Directory and other Azure security features.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Java developer with strong knowledge of Java 5+.
  • Experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
  • Understanding of cloud security best practices and implementation techniques.
  • Experience with version control tools like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
