**Job Title:** Operations HeadTalasha has been mandated to hire a City Operations Head for India's first ever quick service app that provides instant house helps. This fast growing consumer tech company provides maid services by expert house helps for all home chores in under 10 minutes. This is a leadership role that owns end-to-end of last mile operations for the company.Responsibilities:
  • Lead city wide operations to enable customers with on-time delivery of service.
  • Manage end to end of ground staff & last mile operations – from deployment, training, uptime, servicing to utilization.
  • Continuously analyze processes & procedures to identify and implement improvements for customer satisfaction metrics, cost reduction, and service efficiency.
  • Design an optimized instant-delivery network in order to further reduce delivery timelines & increase efficiency of the network.
  • Build scalable processes that expand the value proposition & be replicated in all the top cities in the country.
  • Create Performance monitoring metrics by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, service breaches, lost orders, cost per service, etc.
  • Build & lead teams of hub executives and recruiters.
  • Drive service staff acquisition through on-ground marketing.
  • Work with cross functional team to drive innovation & continuous improvements in the technology & algorithms used by the operations team on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements:
  • 10-14 years in driving business & last mile operations.
  • Experience handling operations P&L, large grey collar teams & complex ground operations.
  • Excellent data & analytical skills to own Performance Metrics.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
