Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Training Manager will be responsible for identifying and assessing future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers. They will draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.

The Training Manager will conduct effective induction and orientation sessions, monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically, and report on them. They will also develop/enhance the current training methodologies/framework, resolve any process-related opportunities, and tailor training programs as necessary.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices; familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations); scheduling training sessions, organizing information cascades, and other interventions for teams; reviewing existing training materials and manuals to determine appropriateness and relevance, and updating accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Training Manager in a BPO or tenured Deputy Manager Training in International BPO(Customer service).
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
