Job Summary

A seasoned HR Operations Specialist is needed to manage end-to-end HR processes, focusing on HRMS platforms. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Human Resources or related field and 4+ years of experience in HR operations with hands-on expertise in Keka HRMS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HRMS Management:
    • Manage the entire employee lifecycle using Keka from onboarding to exit ensuring timely updates and data accuracy on the platform.
    • Configure and manage workflows leave policies performance cycles and payroll modules in Keka.
  • HR Operations:
    • Maintain and manage employee records documents and reports.
    • Handle payroll inputs attendance tracking leave management and statutory compliance.
  • Employee Engagement & Experience:
    • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Compliance & Audits:
    • Ensure all HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
    • Support internal and external audits by maintaining necessary HR documentation and reports.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Generate weekly monthly HR reports headcount attrition payroll etc.
