Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Human Resources Manager to join our team at Nexus Jobs in Jaipur.   • Develop and maintain strong employee relations programs to promote a positive organizational culture.
  • Implement performance management systems to assess employee performance and develop improvement plans as needed.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless introduction to the company's work environment and culture.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, addressing any inquiries or issues related to compensation and benefits.
  • Plan and execute workforce planning strategies, analyzing current workforce trends and identifying future talent needs.
  • Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes, providing guidance to both employees and management to achieve equitable outcomes.
