The Clinic Centre Head is accountable for the overall performance of the clinic, owning revenue, customer experience, and operational excellence. This role involves driving sales, ensuring compliance, and delivering a superior client experience aligned with brand standards.

  • Biz Ops & Sales Growth
    • Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the smooth functioning of all clinic services.
    • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality.
    • Manage inventory, billing, and cash management processes effectively.
  • Leadership Development
    • Lead, coach, and motivate the clinic team.
    • Conduct regular reviews and performance appraisals.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, service, and sales focus.

Candidate Requirements:
