We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to spearhead new business development, identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial-minded professional with a proven ability to develop and close new accounts, and who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect for new clients within our target markets, leveraging cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events to generate qualified leads.
- Foster strong relationships with new clients, working to understand their organizational goals and challenges to provide them with effective and valuable solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the unique value proposition of our products/services to key decision-makers.
- Meticulously track and manage sales activities and pipeline progress using our CRM system.
- Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and effectively position our offerings.
- Achieve consistent results and meet ambitious sales quotas and objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree & MBA (preferred)
- Minimum 8-15+ years of experience
- Confident communicator, Collaborative team player, Ability to take calculated risks
