The selected candidate will be responsible for incorporating training and customer scoring guidelines for grading essays and papers as per provided topics.

  • This will be a Chat, Audio, and Video-based process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English specialisation or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience in teaching or training English language skills

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficient written and spoken English language skills
  • Strong English grammar and mechanics
  • Critical thinking skills for applying basic scoring rules
  • Ability to remain impartial and apply scoring guide to meet customer requirements
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, Google Sheet)

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Independent working style without discussing scoring decisions with colleagues
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Acceptance of supervision from development staff, team leaders, or scoring supervisors
  • Prior teaching experience
