About the Role:

Wedding Services Sales Representative

We're seeking dynamic and results-driven sales professionals to join our team at Betterhalf.ai, specializing in high Average Selling Price (ASP) wedding services. As a Relationship Manager, you'll cultivate relationships with potential clients, close sales, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable and stress-free experience for our clients.

You'll conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' needs, present our premium wedding services, and develop customized proposals. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing ongoing support and follow-up to clients throughout the wedding planning process.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Promote our high ASP wedding services and present their unique value proposition.
  • Develop customized proposals and quotations based on clients' requirements and budget considerations.
  • Closing sales and securing bookings against a pre-decided token amount.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a good sales pitch and progress towards sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Flair for sales and ability to handle clients with confidence.
  • Fresher or 0-1 year of experience with a go-getter attitude.
  • Develop strong knowledge of wedding services, trends, and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
