Job Opportunity

About the Role

  • We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing expert to drive high-performing marketing campaigns across paid channels.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance marketing, preferably in ecommerce or D2C-focused organizations or digital agencies.
  • They should possess hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and attribution platforms such as Appsflyer, Branch, or Adjust.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and lead end-to-end digital customer acquisition strategies focused on new user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  2. Owning campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, and creatives to improve efficiency and performance.
  3. Drive performance across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Display, Native, and Affiliate channels.
  4. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance against key KPIs (traffic, sales, CTR, conversion rate, CAC, ROI).

Requirements

  • A minimum of 24 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Expertise in creating full-funnel digital marketing strategies paid, organic, affiliate, and remarketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
