Senior Manufacturing Process Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the process planning for new components, including cycle time estimation, CNC programming, and machine prove-out. This position requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
This includes developing and defining manufacturing processes for new components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies, creating CNC programs, conducting first-time-right prove-outs on CNC machines, selecting and validating cutting tools for machining operations, designing and overseeing manufacturing of jigs, fixtures, and gauges, troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues, obtaining first part approval from customers, maintaining process documentation in compliance with quality standards, implementing process improvements and reducing cycle times, and preparing and presenting monthly performance and progress reports.
Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical)
- 10–14 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering
- Proven leadership capabilities and team management experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
This position requires a strong leader who can drive continuous process improvement and maintain documentation aligned with quality systems.
