Technology Solutions Director

The Technology Solutions Director will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge technology solutions to address complex business challenges across multiple customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic initiatives, roadmap, and developer experience for Auto Scaling of Compute, Developer APIs & SDK, and Accelerator for Data Activation Platform.
  • Lead product planning, strategy, and execution for DAP Insights, defining market opportunity, MVP capabilities, and success metrics.
  • Analyze competitive landscape, potential data partnerships, and opportunities.
  • Prioritize team backlog and work across teams to drive features.
  • Streamline operational processes and automate away complexity to scale efficiently.
  • Design and implement processes and technologies for data quality, including accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Lead a product team providing a secure, scalable, efficient, and highly available data platform.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience working on medium-to-large scale products.
  • Experience with big data, cloud technologies, data management best practices, and data analytics is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with ETL, Data Warehousing/Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data visualization tools.
  • Hands-on experience with extracting data using SQL, NoSQL.
  • Familiarity with data inspection tools and creating mapping documents.
  • Basic experience with scripting (Shell, Perl, Python) is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues.
  • Ability to lead teams in driving end-to-end activities to meet set milestones and provide necessary mentorship/guidance.
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into easy-to-understand frameworks and presentations.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles.
