Job Title: Customer Service ExecutiveAbout the Role

This is an operational position within fibre services, responsible for driving day-to-day system and service engineering and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom network architecture and components, as well as experience with GIS network applications such as Small World, MicroStation, ArcGIS, and BT Openreach Portal.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed designs for fibre assets in GIS tools, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Monitor and oversee the completion of network surveying/design activities by build partners.
  • PARTicipate in internal and external meetings, resolving issues affecting project scope, quality, risk, and timeline.
Key Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of telecom network architecture and components.
  • CALCulate CAPEX & OPEX for effective fibre planning.
  • Detailed understanding of GIS Network applications.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses of projects, including feasibility studies.
  • Excellent communication skills for conversations with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will create high-level design documents, providing scope of work, splicing schematic, civil, and cable plans to build partners for implementation. Additionally, they will capture low-level designs in GIS Applications.
