Senior Manager – PPM: A Leadership Role in Planning and Performance Cycle

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the planning and performance cycle in our organization based in Bangalore. This role will be responsible for managing budgets, providing analytical insights, tracking targets and productivity, and governing financial controls of people overheads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the Zero-Based Budgeting process for BU India, including policy adherence, DAG reviews, ZBB reviews, and one-year plan management.
  • Lead the three-year plan, one-year plan, and other key planning cycles in the People team.
  • Design and manage manpower blueprints, organization structures, and people costs through Anaplan.
  • Provide deep analysis and recommendations on budget and blueprint breakdown by various cuts.
  • Apply organization design principles for optimizing structure design.
  • Work with the PPM and Rewards Lead to set structure, processes, and tools to measure and improve performance of key KPIs of the People team. Act as Project Management Office (PMO) to lead projects for the People team.
Target Setting and Cascading

We aim to implement Target Setting and Appraisal Process in the organization in sync with global processes. Define tools to record and manage performance of key processes and metrics in the People team. Bring in best practices for continuous improvement. Challenge the status quo and drive a mindset of high performance.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have an MBA in any specialization from a tier 1 B-School and 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and be a fast-mover with flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
