Job Title:IDM Manager
Job Description:

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team. As an IDM Manager, you will play a key role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our IAM strategy.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address IAM-related risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing IAM policies, standards, and procedures
  • Conducting risk assessments and providing mitigation strategies
  • Overseeing day-to-day IAM operations, including user provisioning and access reviews
  • Liaising with IT, security, and business teams to support IAM-related projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in IAM, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of managing IAM implementations and security projects
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
