Key Transportation Manager Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the scheduling and management of transportation services for a large team of employees.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop, review, and adjust cab schedules as necessary to meet operational needs
  2. Track and analyze cab utilization to optimize resource allocation
  3. Prepare daily and weekly reports on transportation usage and performance
  4. Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including domestic flights and hotel bookings
  5. Communicate effectively with operators and drivers to ensure schedules are confirmed and any issues are addressed promptly
  6. Resolve transportation-related issues such as missed pickups, driver no-shows, or route deviations efficiently
Requirements
  • Proven experience in transportation coordination preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of travel regulations and visa requirements
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
