Job Title: Transport Operations Manager
About the RoleThis is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing daily transport operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily transport operations and ensure compliance with established processes.
- Inspect vehicles for safety and conformance, and maintain the hygiene of vehicle interiors.
- Submit and share operational reports on a regular basis.
- Conduct regular briefings and de-briefings on transport norms and protocols.
- Ensure grooming standards are adhered to by all transport staff.
- Control and monitor employee pickups and drops, airport transfers, and other ad-hoc requirements.
- Monitor vehicles in coordination with vendors for minor and major incidents during transit.
- Ensure customer safety during transit and manage vehicle allocation.
- Validate kilometers run by each vehicle on a daily basis and check parameters like geocodes, geo fences, and routes.
- Upload documents for new drivers and vehicles, coordinate with employees for new enrollments and changes, and prepare and share monthly MIS reports.
- Generate timely invoices, accuracy-check vendor payments, and handle Transport Helpdesk Calls and Mails.
