The Global Head – Procurement & Strategic Sourcing will be responsible for leading our procurement team and developing strategies that align with our business goals.
- Lead the global team for procurement/sourcing of APIs, RM, PM & Capital Goods.
- Develop and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Travel up to 25% of the time to meet with suppliers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Life Sciences or relevant disciplines; MBA desirable.
- 15+ years of experience in strategic procurement, with a proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements.
- Excellent consulting skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skill set, with the ability to drive problem-solving and innovative solutions.
