Quality Assurance Specialist

As a seasoned quality assurance expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of our software products. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough system studies, creating comprehensive test cases, and executing tests using cutting-edge automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute robust test plans, cases, and scripts for software applications employing advanced techniques such as automation, manual, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee high-quality software products that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Design and maintain sophisticated test automation frameworks using industry-leading tools like Selenium, Jenkins, and other open-source automation tools.
- Configure and maintain test environments, including setting up data, hardware, and software configurations to ensure stability and security.
- Track and report software defects using bug tracking tools to ensure timely resolution.
- Analyze and communicate test results and progress to stakeholders, including development teams, product management, and senior leadership.
- Continuously refine the testing process by implementing best practices, tools, and techniques to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Proficiency with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, JMeter, and other open-source automation tools.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with version control tools like Git.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Ruby is beneficial.
