Quality Assurance Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality performance delivery across all parameters.

  • Auditing calls, chats, and email interactions to evaluate product/process, communication, and soft skills is crucial for this position.
  • You will be responsible for conducting audits and providing feedback to targeted populations to improve scores for training throughput or conversion.
  • Analyzing data and creating designated reports and decks to drive process improvement is a core aspect of the job.
  • Participating in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring and feedback delivery approaches will be essential.
  • Communicating with teams to heighten awareness and focus on positive customer experiences will be a key part of your responsibilities.
  • Making recommendations and driving process improvements to enhance product/process knowledge of new joiners will be critical.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations is paramount.

Key Skills:

  • Prior experience in handling quality for outbound sales accounts is essential.
  • Understanding of audit and coaching processes is necessary.
  • Excellent writing and comprehension skills are required.
  • Verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
  • Technical knowledge of English communication, including sentence construction, grammar, and punctuation, is necessary.
  • Effective presentation, feedback, and coaching skills are expected.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, preferably MS Excel and PowerPoint, is preferred.
  • Customer orientation and customer service attitude are must-haves.
  • Problem-solving skills and enthusiasm are necessary.
  • Interpersonal skills and teamwork ability are required.
  • Data analysis and generation of quantitative and qualitative analysis are essential.
