The role of a Business Banking Relationship Manager is to provide financial solutions that meet the needs of rural business banking customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing portfolios, and ensuring best-in-class relationship management and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a detailed understanding of credit assessment, liability, Forex, trade, and client relationships">
  • Managing portfolios effectively through continuous monitoring of accounts and renewals, enhancement, retention, and ensuring portfolio hygiene with minimal open deferral and covenants">
  • Cultivating superior working relationships with branch banking for cross-leveraging synergy optimization and work within the overall bank ecosystem with other stakeholders">
  • Evaluating growth strategies based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels and customers">
  • Recommending process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • ">
  • Graduation in any field; post-graduation in any field is desirable">
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience">
  • Demonstrated ability in sales planning and conceptualizing promotions and marketing initiatives">
  • Understanding of financial statements, credit Assessment, and title-security documents">
  • Managerial and leadership skills to build, grow, and nurture a team of Relationship Managers">
