IT Support Specialist Role

Our organization seeks a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive IT support across various systems, networks, and platforms. This role involves managing day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring security compliance, and supporting business applications and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System & User Support:
  • Provide end-to-end support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access controls.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues.
  • Networking & Infrastructure:
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Maintain and monitor network security and connectivity.
  • Support VPN, Wi-Fi, and remote access solutions.
  • Server & Application Support:
  • Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Exchange, and SharePoint environments.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations using Veeam.
  • Support SQL Server databases.
  • Cloud & Security:
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services.
  • Manage Azure services including Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and Azure DevOps.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automation, testing, and deployment.
  • Monitor and enhance security posture.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset registers.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT security policies and international standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with backup solutions.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server management.
  • Proficient in Azure services.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
