Design Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Design Specialist to create visually stunning content that drives engagement across various social media platforms.

This role requires strong proficiency in creating platform-optimized content, driving engagement, and maintaining consistent brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of social media trends, platform specifications, and best practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create compelling social media posts, stories, reels, and campaigns across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter).
  • Produce high-quality digital and print assets using Canva.
  • Develop and maintain visual content calendars aligning with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
  • Manage and update company websites built on Wix ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and optimized for conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams maintaining consistent brand identity across touchpoints.
  • Create high-converting email campaign templates and digital marketing assets.
  • Optimize website for usability, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics refining design strategies based on engagement data.
Requirements:
  • Canva Expert: Advanced proficiency in creating professional designs.
  • Wix Platform Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing Wix websites.
  • Social Media Design Specialist: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating platform-optimized content driving engagement.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, platform specifications, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to create content aligning with brand voice maximizing reach and engagement.
  • Solid understanding of brand consistency, visual storytelling, and audience psychology.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing funnels, and web analytics.

  • Must be located in Bengaluru, India for full-time office-based work.
