Job Summary:

This role focuses on driving a performance-driven culture through strategic implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring performance alignment with business goals and providing data-driven insights.

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and institutionalize a performance-driven culture across the organization.

  • The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years in HR with a strong focus on Performance Management and Balanced Scorecard implementation, preferably in Electronics, Industrial Automation, Engineering, or Manufacturing.

">Key Responsibilities:">

Strategic Performance Management

">

  1. Design and manage the end-to-end PMS for the organization, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

  2. Act as a strategic advisor to the MD and VP to align business and people performance, providing expert guidance and support.

  3. Institutionalize Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to measure performance across Financial, Customer, Internal Process, and Learning & Growth perspectives, driving informed decision-making.

Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Framework

">

  1. Develop BSC-based scorecards at organization, department, and individual levels, ensuring alignment and accountability.

  2. Define SMART KPIs across all four BSC dimensions: Financial, Customer, Internal Processes, and Learning & Growth, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Appraisal and Review Management

">

  • Lead Monthly, Quarterly, Annual, and Mid-year performance review cycles, ensuring timely and effective feedback.

  • Drive calibration and moderation processes across departments, promoting objectivity and consistency.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">

To excel in this role, you should possess:

">

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable institution.

  • 8–12 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Performance Management and Balanced Scorecard implementation.

  • Proficiency in BSC, PMS modules of HRMS systems, Excel, analytics, and dashboard tools.

Industry preferences include Electronics, Industrial Automation, Engineering, or Manufacturing.

">

Candidates with demonstrated experience in deploying BSC in manufacturing or engineering environments will be preferred.

">

Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data for leadership use are essential.

Comfortable working in matrix organizations with cross-functional dependencies is required.
