Job Title: Senior Product Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our fan-facing experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional visual designs that balance beauty and usability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing both top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and new fan engagement platforms.
  • Define the visual direction for our products, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and brand-aligned.
  • Design and deliver polished, detail-driven user interfaces — from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes — that balance beauty and usability.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency across the brand.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Editorial, and Growth to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.
  • Take initiative in setting high design standards and fostering good design practices within the company.
  • Use user insights, testing, and data to validate and refine design concepts.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4+ years in digital product design, ideally in media, sports, or other high-traffic consumer platforms.
  • Portfolio: A strong body of work showcasing both top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Craft Skills: Mastery of Figma (plus relevant prototyping tools) and strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders at all levels.
