Product Designer

A company is transforming healthcare by bringing it into the digital age with state-of-the-art platforms and an integrated ecosystem for all stakeholders.

We are seeking a UX/UI designer to join our product team. This role requires strong design fundamentals and a forward-thinking mindset. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and senior designers to create intuitive, delightful, and functional user experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Craft wireframes, user flows, and prototypes in Figma to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Lead user research and usability testing to refine designs and ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and responsiveness standards.
  • Create pixel-perfect UI components, layouts, and design systems in Figma, applying motion design or micro-interactions to enhance usability.
  • Maintain design consistency across web and mobile platforms.
  • Design-to-Development Handoff: Use tools like Figma's Dev Mode, Zeplin, or Storybook to provide engineers with clean assets and clear design specs.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure faithful implementation of designs and understand front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, basic React/Flutter concepts).
New-Age Skills
  • Prompt engineers effectively to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Leverage AI-assisted design tools to speed up ideation and asset generation.
  • Explore and prototype using no-code/low-code platforms for rapid validation.
  • Contribute to maintaining and evolving a scalable design system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Figma and strong understanding of front-end technologies.
  • Strong visual design sensibility with knowledge of typography, color, and grid systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in no-code/low-code platforms and knowledge of accessibility standards.
  • Experience contributing to or managing a design system and motion/interaction design skills.
