We are seeking an experienced Data Science professional who can drive business outcomes through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing investor and distribution partner data to identify trends and opportunities, developing predictive models for segmentation, churn prediction, and customer lifetime value estimation.
  • Measuring campaign effectiveness, optimizing targeting strategies, and enhancing personalization, while supporting the team with automation, early warning signals, and fraud detection models.
  • Implementing text mining and sentiment analysis on investor feedback, social media, and complaint data, designing dashboards and reports in collaboration with the MIS team to provide actionable insights.
  • Maintaining data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in data science, analytics, or risk modeling in the financial services sector.
  • Excellent programming skills in Python, R, SAS (Enterprise Guide, E-Miner, VIYA).
  • Experience with databases: SQL Server, MongoDB.
  • Visualization skills: R-Shiny, Power BI, Excel.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning & statistical techniques, regression (linear, logistic), and ensemble methods.
