Job Description

As a seasoned executive, you will lead strategic research and advisory initiatives to inform and accelerate the growth and market leadership of our digital payments platforms and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on policies, product strategy, and implementation for our digital payment platforms.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor benchmarks to advise on new initiatives.
  • Represent us in high-level discussions, committees, and working groups.
  • Lead, develop, and implement various research and advisory services across different business segments, markets, etc. by analyzing market trends, preparing strategic reports while working closely with various stakeholders.
  • Facilitate coordination between internal teams and external partners for seamless integration and rollout.
  • Supervise and review ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination for successful implementation of new systems or upgrades.
  • Contribute to policy creation and updates to align with RBI norms and global best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 15+ years of work experience in banking, financial, or consulting advisory sector, preferably in digital payments.

Education: MBA/Postgraduate in Business Management from a reputable institute.
