Job Title: Invoicing Associate

">
  • Preparation and issuance of invoices to clients,
  • compliance with delivery deadlines for invoices,
  • entry of invoices into customer invoicing systems,
  • submission of invoices via electronic data interchange,
  • understanding of key invoicing areas specific to customers,
  • verification of each field on invoices prior to submission,
  • ensuring that all support documents and backups are attached to invoices,
  • update of invoice submission status in Navision,
  • maintenance of logs and files related to customer invoicing process and invoice submissions,
  • collaboration with the payroll and invoicing teams to expedite invoice submission process,
  • issuance of statements of accounts to clients,
  • reconciliation of self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets, ensuring accuracy in billing/payment and maintaining AR hygiene,
  • handling of invoice rejections and credit/rebills,
  • updation of standard operating procedure (SOP) for complete invoicing process account-wise and timely updation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in invoicing required,
  • excellent written and oral communication skills needed,
  • hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table)
  • good analytical and process knowledge is necessary
  • good accounting knowledge also essential
