Investigator Payment Associate Role

We are seeking a dynamic professional to support the Investigator Payments team with setting up and maintaining payments as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Investigator Payments team in setting up and maintaining investigator payments.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer concerns in the absence of a senior member of the IPG team.
  • Contribute positively to the IP group by continuously improving job performance and knowledge of IPG systems and processes.
  • Assist Clinical staff in executing accurate, timely, and efficient investigator payments in accordance with investigator contracts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience or proven aptitude necessary to execute this role.
  • Ability to liaise successfully with all levels of management at ICON, vendors, and clients.
  • Good working knowledge of PC applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
  • Excellent organizational, administration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills.
