Finance Associate Role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to manage accounts payable and receivable in our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience and play a critical role in managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices and receipts according to established procedures.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to address inquiries and issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, particularly in accounts payable/receivable functions.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
