Job Title: Financial Transaction Specialist

Are you skilled in managing financial transactions and providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Transaction Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize ERP software to identify outstanding accounts and generate bills and invoices specific to customer requirements.
  • Generate Sales Orders after gaining a detailed understanding of customer needs and deliver invoices to clients via digital and traditional services.
  • Reconcile all payments with invoices, receive and sort incoming payments, and manage Petty Cash.
  • Identify inconsistencies in transactions or pricing within the ERP system and update receivables specific to customer records.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving problems promptly.
  • Submit cash collected to the concerned authority at the end of each day and reconcile all payments received.
  • Prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports to the Accounts team and generate monthly and quarterly reports for presentation to the Reporting Authority.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Understanding of accounting software/ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP
  • Strong computational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work productively without oversight
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of office software and machinery
  • Minimum one year's experience as a Billing Executive at a large format store
  • Possession of strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with integrity and good time-management skills
