We are seeking an accomplished Network Administrator to join our team. As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our network infrastructure, ensuring its security, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Monitor and report on network performance, including ISP/DC/DR/MPLS/P2P link monitoring (hourly/daily) and availability & utilization reporting.">
  • Prepare and maintain network device inventory.">

Security Operations

">
  • ">
  • Manage firewall access (DC/DR/MPLS/Cloud) and IP whitelisting/blocking malware IPs as per SOC.">
  • Review firewall rule bases and monitor NIPS/IPS logs and deploy signatures.">

Device Configuration & Backup

">
  • ">
  • Take and restore backups of DC/DR/HO/NDR network devices.">
  • Modify VLANs on L2 switches and reset network device passwords.">
">

Access & User Management

">
  • ">
  • Deactivate Domain ID & VPN for on-role/off-role users and review admin access.">
">

Load Balancer Operations

">
  • ">
  • Backup and configure load balancer rules and create new application rules.">
">

Incident & Change Management

">
  • ">
  • Handle Level 1 incidents via mail/call and prepare/implement RFCs.">
  • Coordinate with OEM for troubleshooting.">

Cloud & Virtualization Awareness

">
  • ">
  • Have exposure to AWS & Azure firewalls/security and understand ACI/AVS switch installations.">
