Network Engineer

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to oversee the configuration, maintenance, and support of network & security devices. This role requires hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network devices such as Core & Spine switch, routers, VPN gateways, in On-prem and Cloud deployment.

  • Deploy SDWAN across territories, maintain configuration, troubleshoot of SDWAN
  • Coordinate and execute upgrades, patches, and new installations in collaboration with IT infrastructure teams
  • Maintain Technical documentation
  • Triage critical incidents, troubleshoot issues and resolve, maintain SLAs, Critical event support ensuring high uptime of Network & Security environment

The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of hands-on experience in managing network hardware such as routers, switches, wireless controllers, and load balancers.

They should be proficient in deploying, configuring and managing security devices such as firewalls in On-prem and cloud deployments.

Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, STP, VLANs) and industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent are preferred.

Familiarity with any one of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI, IBM) is also desired.

Good understanding of ITIL processes and excellent communication skills (written and verbal), Problem solving and Stakeholder management skills are essential.
