Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) professional to lead our organization's EHS initiatives.

About the Role

  1. Develop, implement and maintain EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize organizational performance.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective strategies to mitigate risks associated with industrial projects.
  3. Ensure accurate records of EHS metrics and provide timely reports to senior management.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
  5. Provide expert training and guidance to employees on EHS best practices and promote a culture of safety excellence.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of experience in EHS management in the construction industry, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful EHS programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and NEBOSH certification, with a strong foundation in EHS principles and regulations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing EHS policies, procedures and protocols that drive business growth and minimize risks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Environmental Science or a related field, with advanced knowledge of EHS principles and regulations.
  • Experience with industrial safety certifications such as OSHA or ISO 14001, with a strong understanding of international EHS standards.
