Business Leader – Enterprise AI Solutions

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Manager to oversee the implementation of GenAI solutions within live enterprise systems.

This is a delivery-focused role, requiring someone who has taken GenAI/LLM initiatives from idea to deployment, fully integrated into core business platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end execution of GenAI/LLM initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems
  • Deliver use cases such as RAG-based search, AI assistants, and workflow automation within core business platforms
  • Manage large-scale application portfolios (SAP, Oracle, Azure Data Lakes, MDM) across functions
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and architecture teams to integrate AI into strategic business initiatives
  • Oversee stakeholder governance, change enablement, and enterprise-wide adoption of GenAI solutions
Requirements
  • Mandatory: Demonstrated experience delivering at least one GenAI/LLM solution into production in an enterprise setting
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise program management (ERP, supply chain, master data, data platforms)
  • Strong understanding of GenAI system architecture: RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, Langchain or equivalent
  • Proven leadership working across business, data, engineering, and platform teams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and governance skills
