About this role:

We are seeking an Integration Delivery Lead who combines project management excellence with system integration expertise to drive strategic delivery across our global IT ecosystem.

This role will play a pivotal part in orchestrating integration projects that connect systems, data, and teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Management & Onboarding Process
    • Establish and manage demand management & onboarding process for initiatives / projects using Digital Backbone for integration requirements.
  • Project Leadership
    • Deliver end-to-end integration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and architectural standards.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, managing expectations, communicating progress, and resolving issues.
  • Resource Management
    • Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budget, and technology assets, to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Methodology & Process
    • Implement and refine agile and other project management methodologies to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.
  • Risk & Issue Management
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Team Leadership
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, mentoring and coaching team members, providing constructive feedback, and supporting professional development.
  • Technical Acumen
    • Understand integration technologies, such as APIs, events, message queues, Azure Integration Services, and SAP BTP IS, to guide technical teams and make informed decisions.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives, overseeing testing, security, and compliance aspects of the integration platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience leading delivery or project management roles, specifically within Integration domain.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of API-led connectivity, Event Driven Architecture, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services.
  • Agile Methodologies: Proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and other project management methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presenting information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a cross-functional team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) a plus.
