Integration Specialist

Title: Integration Specialist

This is a 6+month contract with potential for extension, offering a remote work opportunity in India.

The role requires working within IST hours, with an overlap of 9 pm - 11 pm IST, and involves weekly meetings with the Global Team consisting of US and India teammates.

Duties:
  • Design, Develop, and Implement Integrations: Utilize Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Web Services (WWS), Workday Connectors, and other integration tools to connect Workday with internal and external systems such as payroll, benefits, talent management, time tracking, etc.
  • Advanced Reporting Solutions: Design, build, and maintain composite, matrix, and custom reporting solutions within Workday.
  • Workday Dashboard Management: Design, build, and maintain dashboards to provide key performance indicators and insights.
  • Integration Optimization: Optimize existing integrations and reports for efficiency and clarity, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Data Analysis and Validation: Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of Workday data.
  • Reporting Expertise: Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Workday reporting, dashboards, analytics, and integrations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Maintain and enhance existing integrations while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Reporting Roadmap Development: Proactively partner with Business stakeholders to come up with a reporting and integrations roadmap.
  • Documentation: Develop documentation including report specifications, processes, and user guides.
  • Team Support: Support the team by providing coaching on developing integrations and reports while fostering a strong, collaborative culture.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to problem-solve and propose multiple solutions for business requirements within Workday.
