Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to lead our team in developing cutting-edge AI solutions. As a key member, you will design and implement large-scale machine learning initiatives to drive patient health and wellness.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data science, with expertise in Python, classical and new-age NLP techniques, and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and HuggingFace transformers.

  • Design and lead the development of AI-driven initiatives to improve patient health and wellness
  • Collaborate with business leaders and customers to identify pain points and develop comprehensive solutions
  • Define technical architecture to productize machine-learning algorithms and bring them to market

You will be responsible for breaking down complex business problems into machine learning challenges and designing solution workflows. Your proficiency in GenAI tools and techniques, including RAG, VectorDBs, and Agentic AI fundamentals, will be valuable assets to our team.

Requirements

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with:

  • Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant fields (PhD preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science (healthcare experience beneficial)
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python - building enterprise applications
  • Deep experience in classical and new-age NLP techniques - must have either trained or fine-tuned a transformer architecture
  • Understanding of advanced fine-tuning techniques like PEFT [experience with LoRA and QLoRA advantageous]
  • GenAI tools and techniques, including but not limited to RAG, VectorDBs, Agentic AI fundamentals
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following - LangChain, Crew.AI
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks - PyTorch, HuggingFace transformers
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ML platform from amongst Databricks, Azure ML, Sagemaker
  • Good to have - Hands-on experience in API frameworks leveraging their capabilities for developing robust web applications. [Experience FastAPI beneficial]
  • Good to have - Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies
