Key Responsibilities

This role is focused on managing projects that drive change in the Investment Banking domain. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders across multiple global regions and product lines to execute global change programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring proper documentation, identifying risks, and addressing issues.
  • Work with global stakeholders to build a project pipeline and business case, setting up project governance mechanisms, leading BA teams, and owning project success.
  • Prepare project reports, highlighting risks, resource utilization, trends, and recommending adjustments.
  • Manage user acceptance testing and obtain UAT sign-off, formal Project closure, handover, and lessons learnt.


Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Business Analyst/PO in the Investment Banking domain. They must possess strong relationship management skills, be able to manage requirements and testing, and work proficiently with BA tools.
