About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Train hotel team members on proper fire-fighting procedures and handling of equipment.
  • Resource Management: Balance resource deployment to ensure safe working spaces while coordinating daily hotel operations.
  • Security and Compliance: Contribute to creating a safest and secure hotel environment for guests by adhering to rules and regulations.

This includes understanding and strictly adhering to hotel policies concerning fire safety, hygiene, and health protocols.
