Project Leadership Specialist

As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects within established timelines and scopes. Your expertise in monitoring and presenting project updates to key stakeholders, clients, or team members will be invaluable.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules
  • Track and monitor project deliverables to ensure timely completion
  • Keep relevant stakeholders informed of project progress through regular updates
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on assigned tasks
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities
  • Oversee all MEP activities across projects, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and ELV systems
  • Coordinate seamlessly with architects, structural engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with local and international codes and safety regulations
  • Manage procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations for MEP services
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design and safety standards
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management
  • Implement energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in MEP project management
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of green building practices and energy codes is a plus
