Technical Excellence Manager

We seek a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead the technical operations of our CRM solution for educational institutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with expertise in documentation, design, code, security, and team retention.

The key responsibilities of this role include developing and maintaining a deep understanding of tech stacks, writing optimized codes, overseeing DevOps and server-related work, determining project requirements, delegating tasks effectively, and identifying risks. The successful candidate will also stay updated on industry trends, utilize version control systems to manage codebase changes, motivate the team, foster open communication, and promote transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of tech stacks.
  • Write optimized codes and ensure the team adheres to best practices.
  • Oversee DevOps, server, and AI development-related work.
  • Determine project requirements, develop work schedules, and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Liaise with team members, management, and clients to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Identify risks, create contingency plans, and analyze existing operations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and utilize version control systems to manage codebase changes.
  • Motivate the team, foster open communication, and promote transparency.
  • Monitor front-end performance, implement optimizations, and ensure a smooth user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role (team lead).
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills, along with strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
