About the Role

The Principal Officer is a senior leadership position responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Ensure adherence to all relevant legal requirements.
  2. Oversee the implementation of investment strategies, aligning with the fund's mandate and regulatory framework.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, managing interactions and submissions.
  4. Prepare timely and accurate reports, disclosures, and documentation for stakeholders.
  5. Develop and monitor comprehensive risk management policies and compliance protocols.
  6. Lead and develop the fund management team, fostering excellence and regulatory adherence.
  7. Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure proactive adaptation to maintain compliance.
  8. Review and approve investment decisions, ensuring consistency with the fund's risk appetite and objectives.
