">This role is responsible for leading the growth of our business through strategic account acquisition and dealer-driven business expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industrial automation industry, with expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive client acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global client acquisition strategy to drive significant revenue growth.
- Foster relationships with key opinion leaders, consultants, and suppliers to accelerate lead generation.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor mapping to identify opportunities and develop tailored entry strategies.
Dealer Management:
Drive business growth across 80+ dealers by scaling sales from ₹200 Cr to ₹400 Cr in two years through structured programs.

- Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic account acquisition.
- Strong industry knowledge and technical skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
