Job Description:

As a Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing multi-channel performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, customer segments, and growth targets.

You will develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing plans across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement multi-channel performance marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Skills: Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns, strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience managing budgets of significant scale.
