Job Overview

This role oversees the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of building construction. It also requires a deep understanding of how these systems impact the construction process.

  • Conduct initial design development, review coordination of MEP Services, and assess the constructability of the design.
  • Verify legal and statutory compliance of the design and ensure timely approval.
  • Prepare and verify BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs from IFC drawings.
  • Ensure all materials and equipment meet technical specifications and approvals.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to prepare technical submittals for vendors and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with all disciplines of Services Design.
  • Ensure Contractors submit shop drawings and obtain approval.
  • Implement conditions of approval at the site in a timely and sequential manner.
  • Execute services work according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.
  • Provide value addition in selecting vendors and local material supply vendors in line with the agreed procurement process.
  • Responsible for installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment related to all services (Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing/Firefighting).
  • Manage handovers, ensuring all works are complete as per vendor contracts, receipt of relevant documents like manuals and test certificates, as-built drawings.
  • Initiate training for taking over teams through contractors and consultants.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 4-10 years of experience, particularly in warehouse/industrial projects.
  • Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
