System Analyst: Benefit Program Support Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to the system design and implementation of change management initiatives related to Amazon's benefit program goals and objectives in non-US countries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Regularly collaborate with regional benefit leaders to assess new benefit program roadmaps, changes to existing programs, and opportunities to drive process efficiencies.
  • Lead the implementation of change requests, track, and document change requests from benefit leaders.
  • Work closely with functional leaders, operations, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders to finalize priorities, scope, system gaps, and timelines for implementation.
  • Conduct regular reviews and monitor progress from initiation through go-live.
  • Actively participate and lead the improvement of benefit programs and processes.
A Typical Day:

Daily Agile Meetings: Begin the day with a team stand-up meeting to review project progress, discuss blockers, and align on priorities.

Requirement Gathering: Meet with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for upcoming product feature changes or technology roadmap initiatives.

Project Management Tasks: Utilize project management tools (e.g., ASANA and JIRA) to update project plans, track progress, and ensure milestones are met.
