Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Brand Customer Support Executive. This position serves as the primary point of contact for influencers, brands, and users on our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • This role involves handling inbound queries, emails, and calls to resolve issues and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
  • The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for influencers, brands, and users, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • They will also be responsible for guiding influencers and brands through the onboarding process and app navigation.
  • Maintaining a positive tone while handling escalations and complaints is crucial in this role.
  • Candidate must be comfortable interacting with influencers, brands, and app users.
  • Collecting user feedback and reporting recurring issues to improve the app experience is essential.
  • Collaboration with product and marketing teams ensures a seamless user journey.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 0–2 years of experience in customer service, influencer management, or client relations is required (freshers welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a calm and empathetic approach is key to success in this role.
  • Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Telugu is an added advantage.
